What is Timeshare Rental? Well it's exactly how it sounds you rent timeshare properties for the amount of time that you want to stay. Many go to a fancy timeshare presentation and they get wooed into spending 10's of thousands of dollars on buying a timeshare. Well I'm here to say save your money and use it for your vacations.
With the 10's of thousands of dollars that you would have spent you could invest it and use the income from the investments to pay for your vacation stays for life. Here is and example. You went to a presentation and the slick salesman got you to buy a 16k times share that you could use one a week at suchandsuch resort in Las Vegas and on top of that you have to pay $400 dollars in yearly maintenance
fees.
If you would of invested that sixteen thousand dollars and made just a 5% annual return that would give you $800 dollars every year to spend on a timeshare rental, which, by the way you can get a week for a whole lot cheaper than that. Add to that the $400.00 in maintenance fee's and that's $1,200 in cash that you could use to for a great timeshare rental and the original sixteen thousand dollars is still yours. Why would anyone want to buy a timeshare when they could just rent.
